I am a Reading based problem solver who enjoys finding solutions to problems.

I worked in IT for over a decade and always noticed how some websites simply could be better, so I decided to help and support local businesses first because a website really can be a make or break for first time customers.

What I care about is straightforward: a business should look online the way it feels in person. Most of the companies I work with are good at what they do, but their website doesn't say so. Fixing that is usually less complicated — and less expensive — than people expect.

I work with a small number of clients at a time, which means you deal with one person from the first conversation through to launch, and get honest advice about what's worth doing.
